 In our compounding area, massive vats house the ingredients that are blended together to form a product. We are able to compound multiple products simultaneously, with an overall blending capacity of 25,000 gallons. Once the product is mixed, samples are sent back to the micro lab for testing before the compound is piped into the filling area. In the filling area, we are able to fill between 20,000 and 100,000 bottles and tubes per shift. Samples from both the beginning and end of the line are, once again, sent to our labs for quality analysis … and our quality control staff monitors the filling process as the product travels down the line to the shipping boxes. |
